  • What type of information do we collect?
    We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, login, e-mail address, password, computer and connection information, and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, and communications), payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profiles.
  • Why do we collect personal information?

    Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure our store and its service providers' secure handling of credit card information.

  • What is your communication response time?
    We receive an abundance of messages and emails a day. Please allow up to 3-4 business days (M-F) for a response. If it has been over four days, please get in touch with us. We try our best to get back to everyone. However, we are human, and messages can slip through the cracks.
  • How can I cancel a recurring subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account under “my subscriptions.”
  • What is your policy on returns, shipping, pickup, and delivery of services and products?
    We are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible! While we do not offer returns, we strive to create positive solutions that leave the consumer and owner on excellent terms. All products are ready to be shipped, picked up, or delivered within 3-5 business days after payment clears. It can take 2-5 business days for payment to process completely. Once complete, you will receive an email with updated information. This could be a "ready" email or a shipping email with tracking information. Also, we will contact you via message or email to coordinate delivery or pickup. If you prefer to meet for delivery, you will need to pay the delivery fee if delivery is offered, or else pick-up will fall on you to meet at our location. Chart readings will be sent via LUNA Astrology software via email.

    Please ensure you are reading the products carefully on their product page. It has all the information that you need to know without compromising my recipes. If it should not be ingested, such as topical oils, body butter, and yoni steams, I will note that. If it can be consumed, such as an herbal tea blend or an infused cooking oil, I will also note it and provide you with an exact list of what you consume. Always be safe by never using any product on broken skin, and make sound choices if you are sensitive to allergies. I believe in transparency, so if you have any concerns about the ingredients I use, don't hesitate to contact me. I will provide insight while you determine if it's safe for your use. ​ Products are not regulated by the FDA and should be used at the purchaser's discretion.

    At times, your booked astrological or intuitive service may be delayed, changed, or rescheduled. If you are receiving a free service, note that you are at the mercy of my paying clients, and your initial due time frame may change. Please respect that much of what I do is energy work. ​ By booking any astrological service, you understand that astrology, divination, or life coaching is not a replacement for mental health counseling and should be used IN ADDITION to whatever counseling you may or may not be receiving. Astrology is a self-awareness tool, meaning you should only take what resonates. Astrology can show us the potential, but we are the vessel that can facilitate change. Nothing is set in stone, and you should please use this information wisely.
  • What is your Life Coaching Disclaimer?
    As a professional life coach practitioner, Moana is committed to upholding life coaching industry standards for ethics. Scope of Coaching Life Coaching vs Therapy: There is a clear difference between life coaching and therapy, as detailed below. A life coach is PRESENT AND FUTURE FOCUSED and will only explore the past to help provide insight into your current life experiences. The primary goal is to help you look at where you are, where you want to be, and how you can get from point A to B. Additionally, a life coach can use therapeutic and psychological tools to help people: Change their thinking Increase their emotional wellbeing Change limited belief systems Reframe past experiences Set and achieve goals Make life changes Increase motivation Learn a new skill Change their self-identity Meanwhile, a therapist is PAST AND PRESENT FOCUSED and will work with clients to set goals and make changes surrounding their mental health. Primarily, clients seek out therapists for assistance with healing trauma, overcoming abuse, treating addiction, and treating mental illness. Additionally, therapists help their patients with: Treating mental illness, clinical anxiety, or depression Healing past trauma Coping with traumatic loss Coping with abuse Treating addiction or substance abuse Coping with relationship turmoil or violence Therapists are qualified to help clients in these sensitive areas and are trained to handle the volatile nature of these situations, but a life coach is not. Ethically, as a life coach, I am morally obligated to refer you to a properly trained licensed mental health professional when necessary. Conflict of Interest Suppose the coach or the client develops a conflict of interest at any time due to personal biases or any other reason that interferes with the ability to provide appropriate services. In that case, the coaching relationship will be terminated. Limits of Coaching Life coaches are not trained to diagnose or treat any form of mental illness. I’m here to empower you to live a better life, not heal or cure your illness. If at any point I see the following signs, I have an obligation to terminate the client/coach relationship: Incoherent or illogical thinking patterns Inconsistent stories, beliefs, or common flip-flopping opinions Regular poor decision-making, even after discussing in detail the right decision Inappropriate attachment to the coach, neediness, or romantic advances Irresponsibility, such as repeatedly missing appointments or not following through on agreed-upon action steps Explosive or hostile reaction to insights or recommendations made by the coach I will work with people who experience anxiety, sadness, and mild depression due to these being normal human emotions. However, higher-level manifestations of anxiety and depression are signals that you need help outside of my life coaching scope. These look like: Incapacitation or inability to function in daily life Panic attacks that cause harm or require hospitalization Suicidal thoughts, history, or tendencies Confidentiality ​ Moana will treat all clients and potential clients of all backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, religion, nation of origin, gender, sexuality, or any other characteristic, with positive regard, respect, and dignity. ​ The coach will maintain and store all records, whether through in-person communication, electronic communications in printed form, or electronically created files as a result of the coaching relationship. They will be stored to protect the client's confidentiality, privacy, and security. The files will be disposed of discreetly when the coaching relationship is terminated. ___________________________________ As a client, your role is to: Make our coaching sessions a priority. You have chosen to invest in yourself. Please take time before each session to review what we have been working on. Please ensure that any action steps or homework you decided on has been accomplished to the best of your ability. The most crucial part is to know what you’d like to take away from the session. Coaching is firmly based on the client’s agenda. Please arrive at every session on time. Come to your session centered and be open-minded. Be willing to change your beliefs and patterns if they no longer serve you. Give me feedback about your coaching experience, such as what works for you and what doesn’t. Do not ever worry about hurting my feelings or fear what I might think. I am here to support you, not judge or make decisions for you. If something I say does not resonate with you, I want to know about it. ​ My Role I will listen closely to you, respond to what I hear, and ask questions. If I hear something in your voice or body language that sparks an intuitive idea, thought, or image, I will likely share it and ask you questions. Often, these small nuances create more significant shifts for clients. Remember, if it doesn’t resonate, tell me. I’m not attached to being right. At the end of the session, if you do not mention what actions you are ready to take, I will make a coach request. I ask clients to stretch themselves and deepen the work done in the sessions by journaling at home, taking a defined action, or tackling incomplete things. You are free to negotiate, accept, or decline. Most of the work will be regarding self-awareness and making decisive choices in your life. Extra Time Between sessions, if you have questions, a brief update, or want to bounce some ideas around, don't hesitate to contact me by email or via my life coaching group. Please keep these contacts succinct. If it seems to be better served as session material, I’ll suggest that. Schedule Changes Please prioritize our session and arrange your schedule to honor our agreed-upon time. If you must reschedule, please give me 24 hours' notice or as soon as possible. I will not reschedule no-shows. I am holding an appointment for you and can only fit another client in with a maximum of 24 hours notice; a $50 session fee will be charged to your next session for every session canceled at the last minute. Emergencies are an exception, and proof will be required after the first two emergencies.
