When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

This is a monthly subscription service that you are subscribing to. You will receive a monthly email and will be charged monthly until cancelled. You are free to cancel at any time by contacting us via email at email@example.com
Returns, Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery of Services and Products
We are committed to providing you the best customer service possible! While we do not offer returns, we do strive to create positive solutions that leaves the consumer and owner on great terms.
All products are ready to be shipped, picked up, and/or delivered within 7 or less days after payment processes. It can take 2-5 days for payment to completely process. Once complete, you will receive an email with updated information. This could be either a "ready" email or a shipping email with tracking information. Furthermore, we will reach out via text from our business number to coordinate delivery or pickup. If you prefer to meet for delivery, you must pay the delivery fee or else pickup will fall on you to meet at I am Moana's 28326 location. The exact address will be given via text as we coordinate.
Our services are given via a PDF and will be delivered by the day and time that you've booked. I am Moana is always available immediately after sending for clarification. You can reply to any text or email. If you find that you would like a print out of your service, please let us know and we can provide one for a small fee.

Astrology, Life Coaching, and Mental Health
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone we feel needs professional mental health counseling. We may mention mental health terminology in our services, however, this is not an official diagnosis. By booking any astrological service, you overstand that astrology is not a replacement for mental health counseling and should be used IN ADDITION to whatever counseling you may or may not be receiving. Astrology is a tool for self-awareness and that means you should only take what resonates. Astrology can show us the potential, but we are the vessel that can facilitate change. Nothing is set in stone and you should please use this information wisely.
If at any time we feel your needs are outside of our certified life coaching scope, we will refer you to mental health counseling and end services until you've had enough sessions with a licensed professional. Additionally, if we begin life coaching services and we find that you are not coachable, we will also end services.
Communication Response Time
We receive an abundance of messages and emails a day. Please allow up to 3 business days (M-F) for a response. If you do find that it has been greater than 3 days, please reach back out to us. We try our best to get back to everyone, however, we are human and messages can slip through the cracks. Active clients and customers do receive priority responses.
Astrology and Intuitive Services
At times, your booked astrological or intuitive service may need to be changed or rescheduled. If you are receiving a free service, note that you are at the mercy of my paying clients and your initial due time frame may change.
Please respect the fact that a lot of what I do is energy work.
I'm working with not only your energy, but my own as well.
Astrological charts with evidence of trauma, strong empathetic or psychic natures, karmic energy, and indicators of both positive and negative mental health traits/habits often times fall into this category. I view every single chart as its own entity and rely partly on my own intuition for interpretation. Most times I will go into the system to reschedule and you will receive a notification. I typically also update my social media accounts whenever readings have to be pushed back. Please ensure you are following my page by clicking, here. If you ever need an update, I am more than willing to provide one and even a quick little sound bite about what I see in your chart as well. This is an open door policy and I believe my clients deserve this since they are allowing me to tap into their energy.
