Change your mindset, change your LIFE

This blog post will be a quick read, but I felt lead to speak on this. When you change your mindset, you change your life. Everyone has heard that saying "a mind is a terrible thing to waste" and every time you say something self depreciating, you are wasting powerful brain energy. Those who have the ability to shift their mindset into a more favorable thought, are those who can change their situation. They are likely to achieve their goals, and they are likely to attract all the great things about life towards them. The energy that we waste on self-doubt and self-sabotage can be re-routed into self-encouragement.

Let me drop a few examples that you can use in your everyday life.

DON'T: I'm stressed.

DO: I'm under divine pressure because I'm birthing something great.

DON'T: I'm so stupid!

DO: My intelligence is under divine pressure to learn more.

DON'T: I'm overwhelmed!

DO: I'm in alignment with divine timing.

DON'T: I'm lonely.

DO: I'm never lonely for my (insert your religious or spiritual ideology here) walks with me always. If you have no religious or spiritual ideology, everyone has a higher self or subconsciousness. Your higher self never leaves your side and gives you support in the times you need it most in the form of intuition.

DON'T: Nothing is going right for me.

DO: I attract everything for me with divine timing.

Duality with everything is needed. As much as you have a dark side where these negative thoughts live, we have a light side that can always overcome. Dr. Carl Jung famously said,

"As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being."

We see the darkness a lot more when we are under pressure, however, we all have the power to increase our own emotional wellbeing and achieve our goals regardless. When you are able to break the conditioning that you've created for yourself, you will finally be able to see the silver lining in the lesson and begin living a more purposeful life. I know this is really easier said than done, but I have the strongest confidence that anyone can shift their mindset and change their life with a little consistency and the intent to change.

Try out being conscious with your words for a month and see the outcome that you'll have. Give yourself grace as well because we are all still human and humans are allowed to make mistakes.
